- GENERAL TERMS -
1 MONTH IN ADVANCE

If you decide to cancel your booking within 1 month in advance, we will refund your deposit payment,
so there is no penalty for you.
2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE

If you decide to cancel your booking within 2 weeks in advance, you will have a penalty
of 30% of the package you booked for.
LESS THAN 2 WEEKS

Cancelling your booking within 2 weeks, you will have a penalty of 75% of the package you booked for.
LESS THAN 1 WEEK

Cancelling your booking within 1 week, you will have a penalty of 100% of the package you booked for.

FREE REBOOKING

There is an option of rebooking your Surf Camp Packages for free up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Rebooking is applying for all trips in 2022. Rebooking should be done with an arrival date untill 1st of November 2022 and will be done according to seasonal prices. You can rebook your Surf Camp Package just once.
General terms of Cancellation Policy is applying to your rebooking.
CANCELLATION

General terms of cancellation are applicable to all your bookings.
However, if you have a positive test to Covid-19 or your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 regulations
you have the possibility to rebook your Surf Camp Package for free even after 7 days and until 24 hours before the arrival date. Appropriate proves should be provided.
In this case free rebooking can be done with an arrival date till 1st of November 2022
and will be done according to seasonal prices.
There is an option to rebook for the year 2023 with a voucher of 50% discount of your already paid deposit.
You can rebook your Surf Camp Package just once.
